DOA company becomes part of the Graute family!

Sustainability and resource conservation are becoming an increasingly significant part of our reality. Already today, a rethinking towards natural raw materials and recycling is taking place. Only a few companies are able to process natural fibres such as hemp and flax the way DOA does. For more than 70 years, Air-Lay-Complete-Lines have been manufactured and sold at the Austrian site.

Dipl.-Ing. Helmut Angleitner approached us in his search for a successor and we are pleased to announce that in 2024 the company DOA will be taken over by Graute. The newly founded company GrauteDOA will continue Mr. Angleitner's business. From then on, we as Graute GmbH will be the contact for complete Air-Lay-Systems for thin and also thick nonwovens. We are pleased that we can continue to develop and expand our customer base. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions you may have.

This year, our family-run company Graute GmbH celebrates its its 25th anniversary

On this occasion, the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) Region North Westphalia has already awarded, us the "Graute GmbH" in Senden to our company anniversary with a certificate of "Thanks and recognition for the achievements for the benefit of the local economy since the founding of the company 25 years ago".

25 years Graute GmbH, at this point we would like to pronounce also a big "Thank You".

Our thanks go to all our customers and business partners as well as to all our employees for the trust they have placed in us and for the good cooperation.

The world's first CAC production line goes into series production – Medical wipes made from 100% natural raw materials and 100% biodegradable

Mondi Ascania GmbH has opened the world's first CAC line in Aschersleben (Germany). This is the first machine of its type producing nonwovens based on composites of staple fibre and airlaid pulp. The new material consists of 3 layers and was named after their production technologies: Carded Airlaid Carded (CAC).

We from Graute acted as general contractor for this project and would like to thank all project members for the excellent cooperation.

At the moment we are assembling two Graute High Speed Cards of the latest generation and a Master Roll Winder as part of our new Offline System. If you are interested in taking a closer look at our new technologies, we would be happy to welcome you in the next few weeks.

It is our great pleasure to announce that Graute Nonwoven has expanded to include the winding technology division since November 2019.This means that sophisticated and individually tailored winding systems for web materials now complement our well- balanced portfolio, for example:
